Next Generation Eye Base

A gliding, creamy crayon infused with Rose Stem Cell and Grape Extract to soothe and smooth the eyelids. As a base, it enhances the wear of all eye shadow types. A soft-focus blurring effect adds instant polish when worn on its own.
Shades:
Light- Neutral Cream.
Medium- Neutral Beige.

How To Use

Gently apply onto the eye lid from the lashline to below the brow, blending in with fingertips. Follow with your favorite eye shades or wear on its own.
