Named for its loyal astrological counterpart, the Cancer ring features four of Spinelli Kilcollin's signature bands—one sterling silver, one 18k rose gold, one white diamond and one 18k yellow gold. Orbiting annulet connectors create a linked design that can be worn stacked on one finger or spread across multiple.
