How To Use

Sweep the Brow Lift Éclat highlighter under the arch of your brow, on the brow bone. Use your fingers to help blend the product under the brow.
Tips:
Can also be used on the inner and outer corner of the eyes and below the bottom lash line for an instant eye opening effect.
